TSSA TESTING AND CERTIFICATION

Hose assembly testing and certification in accordance with the Technical Standards & Safety Authority (TSSA) of Canada is available at Tiger Technologies. Tiger Technologies' quality system is audited and accepted by the U.S. Boiler and Pressure Vessel Insurers in the U.S.

HOSE ASSEMBLY TESTING
.

Tiger Technologies takes safety seriously. We leak test our finished hose assemblies with the most up-to-date leak testing methods, as recommended by the manufacturer and NAHAD.

Hydrostatic Leak Testing

There is no question that your Teflon and Rubber hose assembly will not leak when Tiger Technologies ships your hose assembly. Rubber and Teflon hose assemblies are hydrostatically leak tested to the manufacturers’ recommendations, unless otherwise specified by the customer. Since we can provide you with the gasket and/or the Aeroquip Epsilon Dry-Disconnect coupler with your hose assembly, we can leak-test your hose assembly, gasket, and Epsilon components as a complete set. Now you can be sure your system is leak-free.

Helium Leak Testing

It’s a fact… ALL METAL HOSES ASSEMBLIES LEAK! What you want to know is at what rate does your metal hose assembly leak?

We don’t fill our metal hose assemblies/flexlines with air and put it in a bucket of water to see if an air bubble appears. Tiger Technologies LLC uses a mass spectrometer to helium leak test our metal hose assemblies so it would take a year for a drop of water to leak. That’s "Tiger Tight". We are one of the few fabricators in the country that can make this claim. Can your hose fabricator tell you your metal hose assembly leak rate?
