Industrial hose assemblies are fabricated and leak-tested by Tiger Technologies LLC. Gaskets,
rubber strips, rubber straps & rubber sheets are also cut in-house. Industrial Hose assemblies
include, but are not limited to: PTFE Teflon® hose assemblies; flexible metal hose assemblies;
rubber hose assemblies; composite hose assemblies; duct hoses; heated hose assemblies;
silicone hose assemblies. We offer high pressure hose, high temperature hoses, and chemical
hose assemblies that withstand extreme applications.

Tiger Technologies specializes in critical hose applications. Our hose welding is certified ASME
B31.3 Section IX. Our hose testing services include hydrostatic leak and pressure testing for
rubber hose and Teflon® hose assemblies; and Helium leak testing using a mass spectrometer
for welded metal hose assemblies. Additional special services we provide include X-Ray testing
on welded parts, & Oxygen service hose cleaning.

We also offer hose safety products and services, including safety hose reels; dry disconnect
couplers; safety hose fittings; on-site hose safety seminars and training; hose tracking; hose ID
and color coding systems; and hose testing.
